Are we planning to open other locations?

Answer:

  • We look forward to expanding of course.

Will you partner with Doordash, Postmates or any other delivery service?

Answer:

  • Unfortunately, not at this time because our drinks are made fresh and ready to consume right away. We just feel that the quality of the drinks would reduce if you received your order via delivery services that could delay. It's too much of a risk to have our customers get watered down drinks.

Where was the first location?

Answer:

  • Chino Hills, CA

Why is your tea so good?

Answer:

  • We strictly control the method of how everything is made. Everything created is in-house and made from scratch and brewed daily We are constantly going through all of the teas to provide everyone with a fresh taste.

Do you franchise or will be open to franchising in the future?

Answer:

  • No, we will not be franchising. There is no judge about franchising, but we just do not do this type of thing for OMOMO.  There are only three locations right now. If you see anything remotely similar, the answer is no we are not affiliated with them. We are only based in California for now.

Do you use frozen fruit in your drinks?  What kind of fruits do you use?

Answer:

  • No. We only use fresh fruit (strawberry, mango, watermelon, grapefruit, etc) and that is why we have seasonal blended fruit drinks because we know and appreciate fruits when they are in season. For example, our latest seasonal drink Itchy Peachy is made from fresh white peaches. (Limited!)

What are your cups made of? 

Answer:

  • Eco-friendly plastic that is both dishwasher safe and can be reused up to 3x.

Are your drinks lactose free?

Answer:

  • We definitely have lactose free options such as almond milk and oat milk. But our cheese foam and tiramisu foam and caramel brûlée cannot be lactose free due their milk-based nature. We do not have soy milk. For any of the milk teas and blended drinks that include milk you can substitute for any non-dairy alternative.

What kind of sugar do you use? 

Answer:

  • We use liquid cane sugar. The sugar level can be customized for the majority.

Do we take phone orders?

Answer:

  • We do not currently take phone orders at this time due to the drinks quality.

Do we cater?

Answer:

  • Since we have limited to 10 drinks per person we open all customers' to order ahead. We pride ourselves in ensuring that we provide the best service possible.
